Scope and service

Effective October 7, 2026 · Version 1.1. These terms cover AI LRC Generator at ailrcgenerator.online. By using the service you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and authorized to use the content you submit.

The tools help transcribe audio, align supplied lyrics, edit line or word timing and export lyric or subtitle files. Browser editing, playback and format conversion are available without hosted inference. Signed-in projects save their original audio, lyrics, timestamps and edits privately to your account cloud. Guest drafts are temporary. Automatic transcription, alignment and supported public YouTube import require a signed-in account with a verified email and use hosted processing services. YouTube import depends on the source service accepting the selected video; public availability alone does not guarantee support. Review output before using it.

Accounts and content rights

Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. Do not impersonate another user or share access for abuse. Password registration is disabled until verification email delivery is available; Google sign-in depends on the configured authentication service. You can delete your account in security settings. Account deletion removes cloud project records and stored audio. Any legacy device-local data must be cleared separately.

You retain any rights you already hold in your recordings and lyrics. Submit only material you own, have permission to process, or may lawfully use. Access to a public YouTube video does not itself grant download, reproduction or commercial-use rights. We receive only the limited permission needed to process and deliver your requested result, not a license to distribute your recordings for unrelated purposes. Generated text and timing do not grant copyright or trademark rights in someone else's song.

Models and accuracy

Online recognition uses Whisper on fal.ai; supplied-lyrics alignment uses the ElevenLabs forced-alignment API on fal.ai. Audio and supplied lyrics are sent to the hosted provider and applicable model partners for processing. Provider retention and use of API content follow their applicable policies. Model selection is an operator setting rather than a paid plan option. Manual editing and text-format conversion do not use an AI model. We are independent of the model developers.

Recognition can invent or miss words and alignment can produce incorrect timestamps. Listen to the recording, check lyrics and correct timing before publishing. We do not guarantee perfect transcription, specific language accuracy, processing speed, uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular player. Keep copies of original recordings and exports.

Paid plans, billing and processing credits

Pricing lists subscription plans and one-time credit packs in USD. Review the product, price, currency, billing interval and any applicable taxes shown at checkout before confirming a purchase. A subscription is a recurring purchase; a credit pack is a separate one-time purchase. Credits are delivered to the account associated with the purchase after payment confirmation.

The subscription catalog is Lite: USD 9/month or USD 86.40/year with 30 credits issued monthly; Pro: USD 19/month or USD 182.40/year with 72 credits monthly; Ultra: USD 39/month or USD 374.40/year with 160 credits monthly. Annual cards show the monthly equivalent and the full annual amount. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly and annual subscriptions renew annually until canceled. By confirming a subscription purchase, you authorize the recurring charges disclosed at checkout. Annual billing issues credits monthly rather than granting the full annual allowance at once.

The one-time pack catalog is Trial: USD 4.90 for 20 credits; Standard: USD 49 for 220; Large: USD 99 for 480. These are separate from subscription identity and do not require a subscription. Buying a credit pack does not start or cancel a subscription or change your subscription tier. The final checkout total, including any applicable taxes, is shown before purchase.

New accounts receive 9 one-time credits. Online processing and YouTube import require a verified account; browser editing, samples and exports remain available without sign-in. Recognition uses 1 credit per started audio minute; supplied-lyrics alignment uses 2, including timing repair. Invalid audio uses no credits. Processing without a valid result releases held credits; recovering the same successful request does not charge again. Editing, playback, saving and text exports use no credits. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable money.

Subscription credits expire 30 days after each monthly grant, including grants for annual plans. One-time pack and registration credits do not expire. The ledger consumes subscription credits in earliest-expiry order before permanent credits. One audio task at a time, a 50 MB file limit and a ten-minute audio limit apply; cloud project storage is 7 days on Free, 90 days on Lite, 180 days on Pro and 365 days on Ultra. The period is set at project creation from the active subscription. Credit packs alone use the Free period. Edits or later plan changes do not extend existing projects. Expired projects cannot be opened and are removed through scheduled cleanup; download your exports before expiry or delete projects earlier. No plan provides priority queues or a distinct model.

Cancellation, refunds and billing disputes

To request subscription cancellation, email support@ailrcgenerator.online from your account email address and include the subscription or order reference. Cancellation and refunds are separate requests; canceling a subscription does not automatically refund a previous payment.

To request a refund, contact the same email address with your account email and payment or order reference. If you have consumed fewer than 3 credits, you may request a full refund. Exactly 3 credits does not meet this full-refund condition. After a refund is issued, all credits in your account are cleared, including subscription and permanent credits. We review payment and credit-use records when handling your request. Do not send card numbers, passwords or other sensitive payment credentials.

A return of held processing credits is not a cash refund. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies for incorrect or unauthorized charges.

For billing errors, unexpected charges or other payment disputes, contact support@ailrcgenerator.online with the transaction reference and a description of the issue. You retain any applicable rights to contact your payment provider.

Acceptable use and enforcement

Do not use the service to create, process, share or facilitate:

• Pornographic, adult or NSFW material.
• Violence, gore, threats or instructions promoting physical harm.
• Hate speech, discriminatory harassment or extremist promotion.
• Sexual exploitation of children, CSAM or other child-unsafe content.
• Deceptive deepfakes, fraudulent impersonation or misleading representations of real people.
• Copyright or trademark infringement, including unauthorized song recordings, lyrics or misleading brand use.

Do not distribute malware, bypass access or credit controls, attack systems, gain unauthorized access, commit fraud or repeatedly abuse the service. This policy applies to submitted recordings, supplied text and resulting files.

Current controls validate file size, duration, input format and access; they are not semantic content moderation. We do not currently run an automated audio/lyric content-safety classifier or a staffed live-review queue. The product does not generate images, video, synthetic voices or public user galleries.

Report abuse, infringement or a disputed restriction to support@ailrcgenerator.online, with the relevant account or content reference and reason. Do not send prohibited material itself. Operators may review reports and available records; this is not a promise of continuous monitoring or a fixed response time.

Violations can lead to blocking processing, restricting or removing content under our control, and suspending or terminating account/service access. Serious or repeated violations may result in an account ban. We may preserve relevant evidence, report to authorities where legally required and pursue available legal remedies. We cannot remotely erase files already downloaded or legacy projects held only in your browser. You may appeal through the designated contact address. Enforcement does not override mandatory consumer rights.

Availability, responsibility and changes

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy and liability for indirect losses arising from unreviewed outputs, lost device-local data or service interruptions. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms apply while you use the service. We may restrict or end access for a material breach, fraud, legal requirements or discontinuation, subject to applicable law. We may update these terms and will publish the effective date; material paid-service changes require appropriate notice before they take effect. Check the current terms before using a changed service.

YouTube audio import uses VideoScale.sh through its HTTPS service endpoints and sends the video link you submit. Availability depends on its free download allowance, source access and service operation; upload the audio file if a link cannot be imported. Download retention follows the supplier policy. Audio uploaded to fal requests a one-hour object lifecycle, which is not a promise of immediate physical deletion after processing.
