How AI LRC Generator handles accounts, audio, lyrics and cloud projects
2026/10/07
Scope and contact
This policy applies to AI LRC Generator at ailrcgenerator.online. Last updated: October 7, 2026. For privacy, access or deletion requests, the designated address is support@ailrcgenerator.online. Do not send passwords or payment-card numbers with your request.
Information and purposes
- Accounts: when you sign in with Google, we receive account identifiers, your name, email address, verification status and any profile image supplied by Google. Authentication records and sessions support sign-in, security and access to your credit balance. Password registration is disabled while authentication email delivery is unavailable.
- Audio and lyrics: recordings, supplied lyrics, song metadata and timestamps are used to transcribe, align, edit and export your files. Automatic transcription, supplied-lyrics alignment and supported public YouTube import run online for signed-in accounts with verified email addresses. Recordings and supplied lyrics are sent to the processing service for the requested task.
- Cloud projects: signed-in projects save the original audio, lyric text, timestamps, metadata and edits privately to your account. Cloudflare D1 stores account ownership, versions and expiry metadata; private Cloudflare R2 objects store the full editable document and original recording. Projects support reopening on another device. Guest drafts remain temporary in memory; signing in enables cloud saving. Recovery identifiers for interrupted signed-in tasks use localStorage (with legacy sessionStorage recovery). Projects are not automatically published.
- Credit records and processing receipts: signed-in processing stores account-linked credit grants, holds, usage, request identifiers, input hashes and recognized/aligned text with timestamps in the application database on Cloudflare D1. These records support balance calculation, failure recovery and duplicate-charge prevention. Processing receipts are separate from editable cloud projects and their storage period.
- Technical data: hosting and application services may process IP addresses, request information, timestamps and errors to deliver the website and investigate abuse or failures. Please avoid including sensitive data in filenames, lyric metadata or support messages.
- Contact messages: information you voluntarily email is used to address your request. Newsletter delivery and live chat are not enabled. Self-hosted Umami records basic page views and visitor counts; it is not configured to send recordings, lyric text or processing results as analytics events.
- Payments: payment providers process checkout payments. We use account and transaction references, subscription status, payment amounts and credit records to deliver purchased services, reconcile billing, and handle cancellation or refund requests. Do not send payment-card numbers or passwords by email.
Where processing occurs and recipients
Cloudflare provides the website infrastructure, D1 application database and private R2 project and audio storage. Development uses isolated local database and storage bindings. Google receives authentication requests when you choose Google sign-in and handles them under its own privacy policy.
Online audio processing uses fal.ai-hosted APIs: Whisper for transcription, ElevenLabs forced alignment for supplied lyrics, and audio metadata inspection for duration validation. Audio and supplied lyrics are sent to fal.ai and, where the selected API requires it, its model partners such as ElevenLabs. Providers may temporarily store inputs and outputs according to their service settings and retention policies; we do not promise immediate deletion after a task. Signed-in result receipts remain in D1 for recovery. When YouTube import is available, the selected source URL is sent to the configured import service and YouTube is contacted to obtain source audio; a public URL does not guarantee import support.
We do not sell your audio, lyrics or outputs or publish them in a public gallery. Provider handling of API content, including retention and use, is governed by the applicable service terms and privacy policies: fal.ai Privacy Policy and ElevenLabs Privacy Policy. Browser conversion and manual editing do not call an AI provider. If the processing method or recipients change, this policy must be updated before that processing begins.
Retention and deletion
Cloud projects retain the original recording and full editable lyric document for 7 days on Free, 90 days on Lite, 180 days on Pro and 365 days on Ultra. The storage period starts at project creation and uses the active subscription at that time. Credit packs do not extend storage: without an active subscription, the period is 7 days. Editing, reopening or changing plans does not restart or change an existing project’s period. Expired projects cannot be opened and are removed through scheduled cleanup. You can delete projects earlier. Download important exports before expiry. Guest drafts are not persisted.
Account data, credit records and signed-in processing receipts remain in the application database until account deletion or operational removal; there is currently no scheduled deletion period for LRC receipts. Account deletion is available in account security settings and removes linked database records and stored project audio. Independent infrastructure/security logs and correspondence may have separate retention; we do not promise an unimplemented fixed purge deadline.
You may request access, correction or deletion using the designated contact address. We may need to verify that the request concerns your account. Applicable privacy rights are preserved.
Security and changes
We use authenticated account access, verified-email requirements and request validation for online audio processing. Provider requests run through the application server; provider credentials are not exposed to the browser. No system can guarantee complete security; use only content you are authorized to submit and do not upload confidential or unusually sensitive recordings. Material processing changes will be described on this page with an updated date. See the Cookie Policy for browser storage and the Terms of Service for acceptable use.
YouTube audio import uses VideoScale.sh through its HTTPS service endpoints and sends the video link you submit. Availability depends on its free download allowance, source access and service operation; upload the audio file if a link cannot be imported. Download retention follows the supplier policy. Audio uploaded to fal requests a one-hour object lifecycle, which is not a promise of immediate physical deletion after processing.
